A mere two-and-a-half hours drive from the eastern marches of the Greater Toronto Area, it may as well be worlds away. For this is a world all its own, where water and land meet in infinite combinations amidst a freshwater river, the mighty St. Lawrence, that’s more akin to a broad inlet of the sea than it is to a conventional river….”
